The Intensity Based Comparison of the Stain Segmentation Methods

This work will deal with the segmentation of the pad and the blood stain, which may consist of several blobs. So far, the segmentation at the company was done manually, what is time-consuming and also suffers from being subjective. Some image segmentation methods which compete with each other will be presented and additionally one algorithm that chooses the most appropriate segmentation result.
